AfriSam is offering a structured learnership programme for South African youths eager to advance their skills in the industry. This learnership provides a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical sessions, allowing participants to gain real-world experience under the guidance of experienced training providers. The program is tailored to help participants qualify in a specific artisan trade, offering them a solid foundation for a career in the field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in both theoretical assessments and hands-on training
• Work under the supervision of training professionals
• Complete assigned modules within the program and demonstrate consistent progress

Qualifications

• Unemployed South African youths
• Grade 12 with passes in Pure Mathematics, Physical Science, and English
• N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects, including Mathematics, Engineering Science, and two trade-related subjects
• Relevant Engineering NCV Certificates with seven subjects at NQF Level 4
• Technical Grade 11 with Mathematics, Science, Language, and a trade-related theory subject
• N6 certificate or National Technical Diploma (T, S, or N stream) in a related trade
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
